You will find an individually furnished and fully equipped apartment in the heart of the Ruhr. Linens, towels, energy charges and cleaning charges for final cleaning are included in our prices. The apartment is about 50 m² in size and is located in the attic on the 2nd Floor. The room breakdown is as follows: fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom, 1 double, 1 single, 1 living room (alternatively changed into 3rd Single room) and a balcony. Each of the 3 rooms is individually furnished, each with its own TV and internet access via Wi-Fi hotspot.

The apartment is equipped with a ventilating system allowing you to keep the windows closed during the night to avoid any disturbance from outside.
